Meet Ro - The Woman Behind The Tofu Trainer

Vegan since April 2018, Gym Girl since 2020.

I went vegan back in 2018 purely for ethical reasons. I was a vegan junk foodie who lived off of ready meals or fake meats, and I hadn't lifted a weight since my PE teachers had forced me to when I was in school!

Fast forward to 2020 when I started going to the gym after a sexual assault with the goal to get stronger to handle myself better. My direction turned towards muscle building very shortly after this and in the next few years I became qualified as a personal trainer, dedicating my time to learning about vegan nutrition, recovery and training for muscle building so I could discover the simplest path to get where I wanted to go.
